My 2025 Health Goal
I am a planner. I meal plan each week, so my grocery shopping is tailored to my lunch and dinner menus (I do a protein shake for breakfast). I even have my workouts and walks mapped out by the week. Monday is a workout, Tuesday is a walk, Wednesday is Yoga, etc. As the ads pop up on my phone for exercise apps, I am tempted to jump on the lose weight and get fit band wagon. Giving our kids the space to come talk with us when they are ready goes a long way in developing a strong relationship.
