My 2025 Health Goal
I am a planner. I meal plan each week, so my grocery shopping is tailored to my lunch and dinner menus (I do a protein shake for breakfast). I even have my workouts and walks mapped out by the week. Monday is a workout, Tuesday is a walk, Wednesday is Yoga, etc. As the ads pop up on my phone for exercise apps, I am tempted to jump on the lose weight and get fit band wagon. Water is key.
In the hot temperatures, staying hydrated is key and more than water will do.

Giving our kids the space to come talk with us when they are ready goes a long way in developing a strong relationship.
